PLAZA MAYOR TOURIST INFORMATION CENTRE

This is believed to be one of the most modern information centers for tourists in the country. Besides face-to-face assistance, self-service information, audiovisuals, and a shop, the center offers assistance in multiple languages as well as accessibility to:

In the Palacio de Cibeles, you can find a tourist information center which is specialized in art and culture. Having in mind the location itself is actually exhibition hall of the CentroCentro, this is a perfect way to start your tour. This information center offers face-to-face assistance, self-service information point, audiovisuals, and adapted access.

Another tourist center opened all year round. It offers face-to-face assistance for tourists, audiovisual facilities, and hearing loop. It also provides free WiFi.
